Job Summary

  • The Donor Allocation Transplant Coordinator has responsibility for taking organ call for the transplant programs, including reviewing deceased donor organ offers and triaging patient calls.
  • The coordinator facilitates acceptance or refusal of donor organs, coordinates organ recovery with various teams, and communicates sensitively with patients receiving organs.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Four (4) years of nursing experience
  • Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing License
  • National Certification (ability to obtain)
  • CPR Certification
