Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Degree from accredited baccalaureate nursing program preferred
Current RN licensure in California
Current AHA CPR card
CCM national certification preferred
Experience with two clinical specialties preferred
Excellent communication skills

Organizational and planning skills
Ability to be self-directed
Knowledge of hospital protocol and procedures
Knowledge of clinical standards and outcomes
Knowledge of funding options
Familiarity with community resources
