Job Summary

  • The RN Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day ‘back office’ operations of the clinic by overseeing the employees providing nursing care to the clinic patients, as well as implementing and assuring quality medical management and cost containment health services to patients.
  • The Supervisor oversees the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation/improvement of clinical care services/programs, which include patient experience, patient safety, HEDIS quality measures, financial goals, etc.
