Job Summary
The Technical Permit & Compliance Manager will ensure the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies, acting as the responsible person to administer the client permitting system.
Main duties include administering the client Permitting System (TAP), providing training, acting as the first point of contact for client escalations, and developing control systems to prevent violations.

Key Requirements
Minimum C&G level 3 trade qualification
10 years engineering field experience
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (ideal)
NEBOSH level H&S qualification
5 years Permit Management experience
In-depth ISO Auditing knowledge
In-depth Fire Reform & Building Safety Act knowledge
Extensive legal requirements of building services knowledge
