  • The Technical Permit & Compliance Manager will ensure the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies, acting as the responsible person to administer the client permitting system.
  • Main duties include administering the client Permitting System (TAP), providing training, acting as the first point of contact for client escalations, and developing control systems to prevent violations.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum C&G level 3 trade qualification
  • 10 years engineering field experience
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (ideal)
  • NEBOSH level H&S qualification
  • 5 years Permit Management experience
  • In-depth ISO Auditing knowledge
  • In-depth Fire Reform & Building Safety Act knowledge
  • Extensive legal requirements of building services knowledge
