Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Accredited physical therapy program graduation
  • State Physical Therapist license required
  • Patient assessment and plan of care development
  • Manual exercises and assistive device instruction
  • Electronic Medical Record system familiarity

Nice-to-have

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree preferred
  • Experience supervising PTAs
  • In-service education for nursing personnel
  • Quality process improvement participation
  • Strong case management skills

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from accredited physical therapy program
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License
  • Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred
  • 1-2 years experience completing internship or apprenticeship preferred
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
