Job Summary

  • This hybrid role supports Workmates across the Americas and around the globe as part of the Global People Relations and Compliance organization, partnering directly with people leaders and employees.
  • You will spend roughly 50% of your time leading and consulting on employee and candidate accommodations, and 50% providing people consulting support on performance, policy guidance, and manager coaching.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $117,000 USD - $175,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,200 USD - $197,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants
