Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating with various stakeholders, managing the project team, and handling any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of hotel, commercial, and residential construction projects. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources plans. Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure all project objectives are met. Obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for each project. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and lead a multi-disciplinary project team, including site supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals.
