Job Summary

  • The Trainer is responsible for coordinating and effectively delivering learning and development programs for all employees across the College.
  • This role partners with Human Resources to ensure all training is tracked within the Learning Management System (LMS) accordingly.
  • The position requires managing multiple training courses including DDI Leadership courses, DiSC, and HRIS workshops.
