Job Summary

  • The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable the Group’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
  • You will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism; and in accordance with best practice and SpeakUP’s processes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in law or relevant field
  • Experience with Australian corporate statutory whistleblower regime
  • Experience in lending misconduct and fraud investigations
  • Experience with employment law and workplace relations
