  • 5+ years employee relations or similar HR role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in writing skills
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience building strong business relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years in employee relations or similar hr role
