Job Summary

  • The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support multiple markets in all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing, lockbox reporting, cash application, and aging review.
  • This role requires high-quality customer service, daily reporting and research for lockbox, credit card, and ACH payments, and ensuring accurate posting in Wide Orbit.
  • The analyst will also be responsible for reviewing and cleaning aging reports, processing credit adjustments, and assisting with co-op billing and billing issue resolution.
