• The Director, Media Operations will be the connective force across processes, platforms, and teams, translating complex business challenges into streamlined ways of working, modernized operations, and automated solutions that scale.
• You will architect and drive integrated operating models that elevate client delivery, optimize efficiency, and ensure accuracy and transparency at every touchpoint.
• Responsibilities include acting as the senior operational partner across enterprise accounts, owning end-to-end billing and reconciliation, and applying strong understanding of data workflows and infrastructure supporting billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
