Job Summary

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from demand confirmation and screening to interview evaluation and onboarding follow-up.
  • Support recruitment/training process optimization and cost control by leveraging data analysis to drive more efficient and accurate hiring and training decisions.
  • Responsible for the full-process follow-up and management of occupational health examinations, covering health surveillance for employees during pre-employment, in-service, and post-employment phases.
