Responsible for group and/or department leadership, accountable for execution of team and vertical market responsibilities.
Manages and develops relationships with the design team and client, monitors preconstruction process and ensures project success.
Leads the set-up of the GMP approval, conducts market analysis, and manages department costs and Profit/Loss.
