Job Summary

  • Develop expertise in master data set-up including conditional data such as PIR, Product Costing components, X-Ref, legacy systems, ServiceNow, SAP ECC, SAP S4.
  • Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests and completing assigned tasks within SLA targets.
  • Create training materials, process flows, and procedures and be a point of contact for Division(s) for Material requests.
