Job Summary

  • The Ultrasonic Testing Service Excellence Engineer is responsible for resolving customer issues, technical training, and other projects with moderate complexity including supporting NPI and customer Field Service visits.
  • In this role, you will use defined tools, follow processes/guidelines and escalation paths, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and must have the ability to independently lead the resolution of issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Ultrasound, Testing Machines, in-house repair, field services, and software applications
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Experience in analyzing technical issues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented
  • Ability to work with changing priorities
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Technical skills in LAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies
  • Computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with PLC Simatic S7, Simatic Manager and TIA Portal
  • Experience using electrical measuring equipment
  • Authorization to perform electrical work in low-voltage range
  • Experience with SAP and SalesForce.com
