Job Summary

  • Provide direction to employees while developing Technicians through effective coaching, communication, and training.
  • Oversee the day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance activities ensuring compliance with approved procedures, directives, processes, and policies.
  • Achieve target performance levels through disciplined execution of the Standard Production System (SPS) including but not limited to: Tiered accountability, Visual management system(s) & Leader Standard Work.
