Job Summary
Your mission is to restore crucial operations as quickly as possible after interruptions, ensuring minimization of negative business impact through effective incident registration, classification, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up.
This role requires a combination of technical and business knowledge to act with precision in analyses, coordinating jointly with support/IT teams, governance groups, and technical and business analyses.
