The Assoc. Director for digital manufacturing is primarily responsible for development, evolution, delivery, and support of the global Enterprise Manufacturing Execution Systems (EMES) core capability.
This leader provides the vision, establish ways of working for managed capabilities among US, EU and BMS India based digital manufacturing team.
The leader will have the opportunity to innovate to design simple but scalable solutions for problems never solved before that enforce BMS digitization vision.

Cyber/digital Resiliency and Shared IT
Training, Compliance, and validation
System architecture principles and Purdue reference model
cGMP, GXP, GAMP, SDLC regulations
S88 and S95 standards
Nice-to-have
People management and mentorship
Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting programs
Computer system validation understanding
Key Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience in biotech, manufacturing, and supply chain
Minimum 5 years of experience managing employee talent
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Science discipline
Experience with MES, preferably Emerson Syncade
Prior experience working with global teams (US and EU)
