Job Summary

  • This role acts as the Voice of the Customer to communicate needs back to the factory and ensure seamless support at the customer's Final Assembly Line.
  • The position requires heavy interaction with customers to triage product issues, disposition returns, and participate in audits or assessments.
  • Candidates will work within a matrix-based organization across quality, supply chain, engineering, and operations to solve complex problems.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • University degree or advanced degree
  • OEM or aftermarket customer support experience
  • Ability to summarize technical topics for executives
  • Willingness to provide flexible support outside normal hours

Nice-to-have

  • 5+ years in Aerospace industry
  • Knowledge of Avionics products and systems
  • Experience with FAA and EASA regulatory authorities
  • PMR / MRB corrective action methodology
  • Cross-functional team leadership skills
