Key Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • 1-3 years general experience or equivalent combination

  • Active interim or secret clearance required
  • Able to work assigned shifts including overnights and weekends
  • Associate’s degree or higher in IT preferred
  • 1 year NMCI Service Desk experience preferred
