The Producer is responsible for producing new business, building client relationships, establishing client loyalty, and leading sales initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, and provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
Collaborates with Distribution leadership to establish strategic plans for the longer-term, establishing initiatives now that center on future product and service offerings, closing team competency gaps, creating space for innovation and succession planning for the department.
