Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for leading and executing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellence across People, Customer Experience, Operations, and Sales/Profit.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members and Team Trainers during shifts, ensuring adherence to attendance, discipline, and grooming standards.
  • Support achievement of sales targets and shift KPIs by promoting upselling, combo deals, and new menu items, while optimizing labor deployment and controlling costs.
