Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for providing HR support across a region and effectively managing a large number of employee relations cases.
  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience with a focus on employee relations and hold CIPD level 5 certification.
  • This is a hybrid working role requiring 3 days in the office at the Rotherham National Distribution Centre and 2 days from home.
