Job Summary
The Manager, Field and Event Marketing (MFEM) will be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of the Owner Events Channel and Site Sold Package channels.
This position will oversee processes in the areas of Owner Events and Owner Cruise Planning & Execution, Site/Universal Return-Stay Vacation Packages (Bounceback) and New Owner Experiences, and FriendShare Administration.
Develops working relationships with outside vendors for events and Owner cruise to enhance these experiences and to increase additional revenue opportunities for the site teams.

Key Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing vacation ownership on-site marketing programs
Minimum of two years’ experience in event planning
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management, public relations, marketing, business or communications
Ability to travel, work weekends and long hours during events
