Must-have
12+ years ServiceNow platform experience
ITIL Foundation Certification required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Full lifecycle development for ServiceNow customizations
Experience with ITSM and ITIL practices
Nice-to-have
ServiceNow Admin Certification preferred
Strong user-centric approach to adoption
Experience building processes for HR and Finance
Proven track record of cross-functional leadership
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 12+ years of ServiceNow design and implementation experience
