Job Summary
This role operates as a Human Capital (HC) Manager within the People Operations area of the wider People Pillar, leading on Absence, Wellbeing, Employee Relations and People Policy.
Responsibilities include managing sickness absence, parental leave, extended leave, developing a wellbeing strategy, managing employee relations processes, and overseeing policy and contractual updates.
The role requires collaboration with other HC teams and internal functions, delivering high-quality people solutions aligned to the business strategy and driving efficiencies through a strong HC knowledge base and innovative mindset.
