  • Fosters excellent personal guest interaction skills. Spends time with guests on an entertaining and informative level. Seeks direct feedback and resolves complaints as they arise to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • 8-10 years progressive experience in 5 Star Hotel
  • 1-2 years experience in similar position
  • Multi-cuisine experience (Italian, Mediterranean)
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene / food safety certification
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
  • Must provide work authorization document
