Base: $112,000 - $168,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
4+ years managing complex HCM implementations
3+ years deploying Workday or similar ERP software
Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet tools
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Proven track record in Professional Services consulting
Nice-to-have
Bilingual in French and English language
Previous SaaS sales experience
Strong ability to support HR transformation initiatives
P&L ownership experience
