Job Summary

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operation of the 50 and 40 ton cranes (NCCCO Fixed and Mobile Certification required), operation of Marathon construction and maintenance equipment, operation of heavy equipment including a Fuel Truck (CDL Certification preferred), maintain some heavy equipment, light equipment and truck fleet and operation of snow removal equipment inside the refinery gates.

Salary

Base: $43.77/hour with scheduled annual increases; Bonus/Equity: Company sponsored annual bonus with target up of 6% of eligible wages; Benefits: 401K with company match up to 7%, Central States Pension Plan, Paid vacation, sick and holidays, Paid parental leave, Education reimbursement, Health/Dental/Vision available after 30 days with no monthly employee contributions

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • NCCCO Fixed and Mobile Certification
  • ASE certification (ASE G1 minimum)
  • Ability to wear appropriate PPE
  • Ability to perform job duties in an outdoor process facility
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime
  • Ability to learn and obtain other certifications
