Extensive expertise in Db2 on z/OS
Expert-level SQL and buffer pool tuning
Experience governing DDL changes and schema evolution
Proven ability to resolve critical online system incidents
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for leadership

10+ years of experience as a z/OS Db2 DBA
Experience within a financial organisation
Experience supporting junior team members and coaching
Drive strategy across mainframe development and test estate
