Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
Four years experience as NC Probation/Parole Officer
Certification eligibility by NC Criminal Justice Education & Training Standards Commission
Annual firearm and self-defense qualification
CPR certification annually
Residency within 30 miles of assignment county within 90 days
