Key Requirements
5+ years mechanic experience
Truck, light or heavy equipment maintenance and repair experience
Knowledge of air brake, hydraulic and electrical systems
Proficiency in vehicle and equipment diagnosis and repair
Ability to plan, budget, schedule, and supervise multiple projects
Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT compliance requirements
Ability to motivate staff and build a team friendly environment
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
