Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, supply chain, and demand planners to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Identify and suggest improvements to the end-to-end customer-to-cash process for maximizing efficiency and supporting automation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in order management, supply chain, or similar role
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Office
Experience with SAP, CRM, EDI, Salesforce, or related enterprise software
Experience with Supply and Demand planning software
