Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating systems and equipment in the master control operation supporting Nexstar’s broadcast facilities in addition to supporting other operations as needed.
• Maintain quality control standards while operating and monitoring systems that distribute content via automation, adhering to company guidelines and FCC rules.

• Two years broadcast operations experience
• Experience with Florical or other broadcast automation systems
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Broadcast engineering background is a plus
• Working knowledge of common business software
• Flexibility in schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
