  • SQDCP program management and KPI monitoring
  • Cleanroom environment (ISO 7/Class 10,000) knowledge
  • GMP and GDP compliance enforcement
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Macros

Nice-to-have

  • Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency
  • CPIM certification in production and inventory
  • SAP MRP system experience
  • FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory knowledge

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4-year degree (engineering preferred)
  • 5+ years people lead/supervisory experience
  • 2+ years medical device or pharma manufacturing experience
  • 1+ year planning and supply chain management experience
  • Ability to oversee 12-hour weekend shifts
