Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Appian BPM application development
Appian architecture and performance optimisation
Workflow and case management solutions
Software engineering principles in low-code
Cloud environment experience (AWS preferred)
Technical leadership at Staff Engineer level
Nice-to-have
Integration with Python-based services
Event-driven architectures and microservices
CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability practices
Experience in regulated financial environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Extensive experience with Appian BPM applications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Proven ability to design and deliver complex workflow solutions
Experience working beyond configuration applying engineering principles
