Must-have
Current active LPN/LVN license required
Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement knowledge
MDS assessment and care plan coordination
Supervision of nursing assistants and staff
Accurate medical charting and documentation
Medication administration and narcotic control
Compliance with federal and state regulations
Nice-to-have
Experience with PCC software preferred
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Ability to handle difficult residents tactfully
Knowledge of infection control procedures
Willingness to attend continuing education
Key Requirements
Must possess current unencumbered active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or Nursing Degree
Current CPR certification required
PCC experience preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
