You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations.
The role involves direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment management, care plan participation, and budget planning to support resident care.

Key Requirements
