Job Summary

  • Operate all MEP systems on sites in a competent, and confident manner, making recommendations for improvement and providing concise technical reports when required.
  • Ensure that Specialist Vendors service visits are completed efficiently, and quality of work has been inspected and recommendations are communicated to the Integral Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with mobile engineers, Helpdesk, contract admin and Contract Delivery Manager through all means of communication to hand.

  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation
  • Simmtronic lighting control system understanding
  • Emergency lighting testing skills
  • elogbooks CAFM system use
