Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive adjustment, rehabilitation, and improved quality of life for patients while supporting quality assessment and improvement activities.
Assesses patient psychosocial status, provides counseling, facilitates transplant referrals, and works with insurance coordinators to address patient insurance and billing concerns.
