Job Summary

  • The Formulation & Preparation Operator supports aseptic filling operations by staging and delivering components, conducting in-process testing, weighing materials, formulation of product, and conducting in-process testing.
  • Responsibilities include filtration, cleaning and sanitization, sterilization of equipment, batch reconciliation, compliant gowning, and setup/operation of parts washer, autoclaves, and tank cleaning in conformance with cGMP/GDP standards.
  • This role involves understanding and following current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and performing routine cleanup and sanitizations to maintain cGMP compliance within cleanroom work areas.
