Job Summary

  • The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of our equipment at customer sites.
  • From installation to maintenance, troubleshooting, and promoting service contracts, you directly contribute to operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
  • This position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team, based in France (ideally in the Paris region), and is 100% remote with customer travel.
