  • Prepare monitoring and policy management reports, follow up on processes, and interact with Commercial, Products, Operations, and Claims areas, as well as direct contact with brokers and clients.
  • Participate in corporate training (technical and behavioral), business events, and internal and external meetings for personal and professional development within the Credit Insurance market.
