Key Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or Diploma from Accredited LPN Program
  • 3 Years Acute Care or Long-Term Care Experience
  • 1 year Home Health Experience preferred
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) State License
  • CPR Certification American Heart Association
  • Driver's License and Auto Insurance
  • Travel up to 75% required
