8+ years B2B sales leadership experience
3+ years VP or SVP level role
Scaling SaaS or AI-native platform sales
Direct experience selling to SMB professional services
Hands-on player-coach sales management style
Building outbound sales teams from early stage
AI-assisted sales tools and workflows fluency
