Job Summary

  • Negotiates transaction deal documents and facilitates deal closings in a timely manner for mostly mid-tier and some large-tier Global Capital Markets clients.
  • Serves as client-facing centralized deal manager and internal liaison for all support groups surrounding deal closings.
  • Maintains internal control standards and adheres to the Company’s risk and regulatory policies while promoting an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
