Key Requirements
12–15+ years backend/platform engineering
5+ years leading platform or core backend teams
Proven ownership of 99.9%+ SLOs and incident management
Hands-on experience with Guidewire/Duck Creek integrations
Strong security & compliance expertise
Experience delivering agentic/LLM features in production
Effective communication with CIO/CTO/CISO stakeholders
