Job Summary

  • The Service Account Manager is responsible for creating and winning service sales opportunities that cuts across services contracts, on-demand services and products/solutions.
  • This role is expected to lead sales opportunities, qualify customer needs, develop and present solution proposals and quotations, and respond to customers’ technical/process questions, so as to successfully execute and close sales.
  • Accountable for Annual achievement of multiple sales and revenue OP targets such as but not limited to Maintenance Service Agreement & On-Demand Services for assigned territory or modality.
