The Director plays a critical role in developing and implementing departmental planning, policies, and budget processes across all aspects of residential operations, directly supervising multiple staff members.
The Director collaborates with other Campus Life and University departments to develop and implement policies, communications, and processes within a student development framework, supporting emergency response for student safety and wellbeing.
